which is better? soft lens or hard lens? (meaning contact lens)?

Im planning to buy contact lens for sports uses... which should i buy?
ps: i heard that wearing soft lens increases the rate of getting an infection... and hard lens are harder to wear..

Answers:

1Hi,, I have used both and I am telling you that the Soft lens are the way to go.... just change them out and keep them clean also..

The hard lens are so difficult to get use to wearing....and they pop out easier...

good luck....
